Not some willy-nilly chili. Most chili seems thrown together. Our White Bean Chili is a carefully crafted recipe in the Florentine tradition. This isn’t your everyday chili. Ours is a collaboration of white beans soaked for hours, a slow roast of butternut squash, red potatoes, fresh garlic and fresh pureed tomatillo. We add a few generous shakes of cumin and nutmeg for a chili experience of a different color. Savory and sweet all at once, a perfect complement to a “chilly” day.
