Since the very beginning, our mission has been: To bring goodness to both the food we eat and the world we share. The values we live by were born in Gina’s home kitchen. Gina hails from a long line of Italian chefs. Trained at a culinary school in Florence, she sought to create deliciously prepared soups from obsessively sourced, unadulterated, simple ingredients.
From this small test kitchen, she set out to prove that “you are what you eat.” That authentic and unadulterated food, made with integrity and love, can be transformative. It can make people feel better. Act kinder. And create a stronger family and community bonds.
