Spring time is Hummus time

Simple Hummus

1.5 cups pureed garbanzo beans
1.5 cups roasted sesame tahini 
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil 
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup water  - add in slowly to desired thickness
you may not need to use all the water - you decide
1 tbsp sumac
salt to taste
cayenne pepper to taste

Place garbanzo beans, tahini, sesame oil, lemon juice & half the water in a blender.  Puree until smooth. Add in more water to consistency desired.  In final steps add in sumac, salt & cayenne.
