4 peaches, sliced in half and pit removed
1 tbsp of an excellent extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic reduction
Fresh mint to dress
Lightly brush the olive oil on the peaches. Turn flesh side down on your grill. Should barely take 4-7 minutes to grill. Remove, drizzle the balsamic on top ...mince up the mint and sprinkle. You have the dessert of perfection for summer. It is also incredibly delicious with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream in the center.. just in case you were curious.
