Gina Cucina Tomato Artichoke Minestrone Soup

TOMATO ARTICHOKE MINESTRONE SOUP

1  Jar Gina Cucina Tomato Artichoke

1   15 oz can Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed

1   15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1   15 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes

2   carrots peeled & diced

2   celery stalks diced

1.5 cups water

1   tsp oregano

1   tsp thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

1 lb of your favorite pasta

Pour Tomato Artichoke in a soup pot - This is really easy.  Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat - let simmer.  Put pasta on - cook to al dente (approx 2-3 minutes less than suggested).

Serve over favorite pasta.  Dinner is served!!
