Caprese Salad

2 of your favorite tomatoes, sliced
1 ball fresh buffalo mozzarella, sliced 
1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
bunch of arugula 
handful fresh basil

Dressing
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
juice of one lemon
salt to taste
1 tbs balsamic reduction to drizzle

Pick out your favorite platter - arugula on the platter. Arrange your tomatoes and mozzarella as you see in the picture. Or however, you think it looks most beautiful. Drop the kalamata olives on top, add the basil and drizzle on the dressing. Balsamic last. ENJOY!
