2 of your favorite tomatoes, sliced1 ball fresh buffalo mozzarella, sliced 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olivesbunch of arugula handful fresh basilDressing3 tbs extra virgin olive oiljuice of one lemonsalt to taste1 tbs balsamic reduction to drizzlePick out your favorite platter - arugula on the platter. Arrange your tomatoes and mozzarella as you see in the picture. Or however, you think it looks most beautiful. Drop the kalamata olives on top, add the basil and drizzle on the dressing. Balsamic last. ENJOY!
