Bruschetta

1 loaf of your favorite bread, sliced
3 tomatoes diced
3 garlic cloves
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs of balsamic vinegar
handful fresh basil 1/2 chopped finely, 1/2 whole leaves
sea salt to taste

Slice bread, place on oven sheet and slightly toast. Rub peeled garlic clove over toasted bread. Set aside. Place diced tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, finely chopped basil, salt in beautiful bowl & fold together (add in any left over garlic, finely chop it too.) Place on top of your toasted and garlic rubbed bread. Add whole leaf basil.

Perfect for appetizers. Perfect for snack. Perfect for just about anything
