Baba Ghanoush

3 Roasted Eggplants
2 cups sesame tahini
juice of 2 lemons
1 tbs toasted sesame oil
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs sumac (or chili powder)
1 tsp sea salt

Roast whole eggplant on love over the flame on your grill until black. Peel and place in a bowl - add in all the other ingredients and mix well.

Drizzle some olive oil on top and sprinkle with sumac.

Serve with absolutely anything.
