We love fresh ingredients, not preservatives. That means our soup needs to be kept chilled at all times. You will find it in the refrigerated section of your supermarket, or we will ship it to you with gel packs. Once you have it at home, you should keep it refrigerated.
Why mess with perfection? Our soup is so much better fresh. If you freeze it, the texture and taste can change when it thaws. If you absolutely MUST freeze it, please open the jar first and pour out a little bit of soup so that it won’t expand in the freezer and break the glass. Thaw it in the fridge for about 24 hours, then be sure to use it within ten days. (Don’t freeze it twice.)
We want you to love our products! If you are not satisfied, please keep the jar, but let us know what happened: Contact us at customerservice@ginacucina.com or 1-800-887-6602. We will be glad to credit your account for any product that is not satisfactory. We may decide to pick up the item as part of our ongoing commitment to quality.
Hey, everyone makes mistakes. Not to worry — just contact us, and we’ll help process a return label and gladly credit your account for the cost of the item. Contact Gina Cucina Inc at customerservice@ginacucina.com or 1-800-887-6602.
We’re glad you asked! At Gina Cucina we always ask: What is most sustainable? What is best for the environment? What is best for our customers? What is best for our products? The answer to all these questions is glass. Glass is cleaner than plastic. No leaching happens when our product is hot or cold. Glass is transparent, so what you see is really what you get. And it’s easy to recycle or reuse our jars - we use them for everything from flowers to spice containers. Be creative!
We love family-owned farms! All our produce is organic and non-GMO, and we source close to 50 fresh ingredients from American farmers (plus some carrots and squash from our Canadian neighbors).
For an 8 oz. serving, our soups range from approximately 90 - 250 calories. Remember, not all calories are created equal, and ours come 100% all natural veggies, grains, and beans.
Our soups are a great way to get your daily recommended servings of veggies — while being low sodium, no added sugar, high in fiber, gluten free, non-GMO, and vegan or vegetarian using USDA Certified Organic ingredients.
Our soups are prepared & packaged in a facility that is also used for products that may contain eggs, coconut, nuts, and milk products. We do everything we can to avoid cross-contamination, but it is still possible. Please err on the side of safety! We encourage you to reach out to us with specific questions. Here’s that contact info, one more time: customerservice@ginacucina.com or 1-800-887-6602.
Our soup is perfect for the young and young-at-heart! We provide a delicious way to get your kids their daily recommended servings of veggies — with the added benefits of being organic, low sodium, high in fiber, gluten free, non-GMO, and with no added sugar. But it tastes so good, they will never suspect it’s healthy (we won’t tell).
Don’t forget to keep your soup in the fridge - but we still recommend you eat your soup by the “best by” date on the jar. Typically, this is within 3-6 months. Once a jar has been opened, please keep it refrigerated and eat the rest within 7-10 days.
Check our store locator. If your store isn’t listed, you can visit the customer service desk at your local store and ask them to reach out to our sales team at info@ginacucina.com. We are expanding all the time!
We can ship soup to most of the country via FedEx Ground in insulated boxes with gel ice packs. Please check your zip code for availability. If we can’t ship to your area at this time, please subscribe to our newsletter, and we’ll let you know as soon as we expand our reach!
We ship our products in insulated boxes with gel ice packs so that they stay sufficiently chilled until you are able to transfer them to your fridge. As long as the soup is cool to the touch when delivered, and you place it in the fridge shortly thereafter, it is still ready-to-eat. Great news: the box, the insulation, and the gel packs are all environmentally friendly. Recycle (or reuse) the box, dissolve the corn-based insulation in the sink, and recycle the plastic gel packs after emptying the all-natural contents in the sink. Wasn’t that easy?
We ship all of our orders on Mondays and Tuesdays so they can get to you by Friday of the same week. Be sure to place your order by 12:00 PM MST on Sunday to get your shipment that week. (Miss the deadline, wait a week.)
You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification with a tracking number via email. On the day of delivery, please refrigerate your soup as soon as possible. As long as the jars are cool to the touch when they arrive, they are still ready-to-eat.
Shipping our all-natural, perishable products in glass requires extra materials such as insulated coolers and ice gel packs in order to keep the products at a safe temperature while in transit. This makes the overall cost of shipping slightly higher.
